    Hello,

I'm playing with a Dell PowerEdge, with a Phoenix BIOS, and I want to be able to change the text on the front LCD through the OS.
I have a official tool that allows these actions, but the LCD panel is not part of the available options.
I checked the CMOS to find the string (port 70/71), but I did not find this string (which is not surprising as this area is small).
I checked the memory mapped in RAM to see if the BIOS configuration is visible, but I do not find things.

Does someone has tips on where BIOS configuration can be stored and the way to access (and modify) it?

    Thanks.

    Regards,
