EC-Council's - Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)


The goal of the ethical hacker is to help the organization take preemptive measures against malicious attacks by attacking the system himself; all the while staying within legal limits. The CEH Program certifies individuals in the specific network security discipline of Ethical Hacking from a vendor-neutral perspective.

Upon the completion of our CEH course, students will know how intruders escalate privileges and what steps can be taken to secure a system. This class will immerse the student into an interactive environment where they will be shown how to scan, test, hack and secure their own systems. Students will begin by understanding how perimeter defenses work and then be lead into scanning and attacking their own networks, no real network is harmed. Students will also learn about Intrusion Detection, Policy Creation, Social Engineering, DDoS Attacks, Buffer Overflows and Virus Creation.



CISSP - IT Security Professional Certification.


CISSP® is industry standard for Professionals engaged in Information Security. Certification is awarded by INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS SECURITY CERTIFICATIONS CONSORTIUM, INC (ISC)² Jodo Institute now offers the CISSP Boot Camp. After the Boot Camp, the student will possess sufficient knowledge and insight into the contents of the CISSP exam. The workshop will benefit those who would like to undergo a program on Information Security at management level. Each domain prescribed by (ISC)2 will be taught with practical examples and with real time industry scenario

any chance of having CEH in pune?

 

There is a step by step process in earning international certifications like every other certification require different experience in different field.

But to get entry in this field MCSE & CCNA are the basic certification to get your foot in the door , After this you can choose your specialization.

 

Anyone who has passed CEH, should please tell me details on how to get complete package of CEH. I just want to start the certification and have decided to go on self study. I already have CCNA, CCNP , thanks:cryin:
