Windows XP SP2 Bluetooth problem

    I have Windows XP SP2 but there is one problem, It does not have the bluetooth manager. So I'm a bit stuck on what to do, I once found a place were I could download the bluetooth manager by itself but I have lost that page. Anything you could d to help would be good.
