I added more stability issues with it. I noticed when i used this persons first
program my computer kept on crashing and so forth so i went in and did some
modifications.

This program is completely re-written as tho i still wanted to keep the layout
of the orgianl program its self because i liked it.

Giving you specfic Details such as
If site is reachable = True/False
Network Type used: (e.x lan)
Tim to Reach and Return data: Basically Pinging It
Down Speed: Well its pretty much what it says lol
Up Speed: Well its pretty much what it says lol

You can the address to check/reach/ping. The the site using API.

You can type in the IP/URL of the site your choice or the UNC name
(Universal Naming Convention)

NOTES: As far as i know API function does not yet work on Vista if any of u guys have windows vista can you please verfiy it did work along with a picture
