*Understand user requirements and create design concepts.
*Create layout (Web 2.0) in Photoshop
* Convert layout to XHTML format
* Customize templates and prepare banners in flash
* Enhance user experience by adding new features and tools
* Guide and train members of the team.


Desired Candidate Profile:PHP Web Programmer

Programming - JAVA, JavaScript programming, PHP, Flash Action Scripting 2.0 & 3.0, Joomla Component / module programming.

Working Knowledge - CMS(Joomla, wordpress, Drupal), Webserver (Apache).Design of web site and creating Webcontent is must.


Desired Candidate Profile:Website Content Writer

Preferably a graduate or postgraduate in English (but not required), having a flair in writing error-free vocabulary.
The Candidate must have ability to write in a simple, concise and accurate manner.

Part Time Candidates will also be considered.
