Please, help us to understand and reveal the problem of StarKaz.com website work or it’s promotion. A lot of work is done and we continue to make efforts. Please do not post your link in the every thread you create and all your posts are edited to remove the link. Please make sure you don't self promote your site. Your site is nothing which will attract people. All empty category of directories and there are millions of them and so you should have something unique to convert traffic into visitors.
