Newest version of GNU c++?

    Hi i was wondering on where i can get the newest version of GNU c++ at? A link would be helpful. I am pretty new to programming and coding and want to get a free software of c++ and heard that GNU offers one for free but i went to their site and couldn't find one. Any help would be great, thanks!
