my usb pendrive can detect but cant open it....

teach me how to open using cmd or something else....

my problem is..
ballon already show my device work properly.. but didnt see the icon in my computer..
can some one teach how to open with another program??
this problem happen in cyber cafe.. teach something...

The reason nobody's answering is because this is not an ethical request. You want to bypass your account permissions to load the flash drive so that you can crack their network. You don't have permission to do that, so this amounts to a "help me hack <insert victim here>" request, which no one's going to answer.
