   I see that by default TTL value is 38400 in my DNS Zone file and so would like to know how much time is TTL value of 38400

   38400 is 10 Hours and 40 mins and normally this is default is some DNS settings because it is not very long for TTLs propagation and not short for too frequent DNS refresh.

   That is 10 hours and 67 minutes. TTL that is time to live is used to increase the speed of nameservers resolution. It will decrease the DNS propagation time.
