How does the "talk function works

HI everyone,

All I want to know is what the correct syntax for the "talk" command in the command line

Suppose I want to send a message to a computer whose ip is 192.168.0.10 and the message is "hello"

Can someone please tell me the correct syntax for the command

Or does this work with ubuntu
