StartService API error

    Hi all,

    When i am using StartService()unction with the correct paramters including valid handle returned by OpenSCManager()unction,to start/stop the services,not all the services i am able to stop/start.few work well.But few give me access denied error.Could anyone tell me what are the possible causes for this ?
