Problem in Stack Implementation using Linked list

You could improve it immediately in one respect: since the initialisation must be done, do that anyway at the start of main without requiring the user to select it from the menu. Also this removes the "need" for the goto's (you should never need to use a goto and they should be avoided wherever possible).
