somone hacked my main @live email and i need it back !

i hope there some hackers in here .. somone hacked my hotmail which i have so many important files in it ..
im ready to pay in $ if u can get it back to me

Do you know who hacked it? How long has it been compromised? Do you think the hacker is reading the mail? And... you understand we have to ask - how do we know it was your account?

3-if he did he wont understand it .. i need the information on it
4-i can tell u what emails i have received in the last 2 weeks on it when u go to inbox
