Someone with the I.P address 144.131.172.153 keeps trying to hack me.
First they try to get into my home FTP with an administrator access, then they tried to reset my waffles.fm password.
    What do I do?

That IP you got is a proxy seerver so they are using that to spoof their IP address, Now, make sure you did not get keylogged, change all your passwords to a 15 charachter mixaplhanumeric symbol password, example: P@ssw0rd or P@sSw0rd123456789 or a very long one like geekmaster1@p@sSw0rd.com, I guarantee you that they will not get your passwords to log in unless you got keylogged. And change your passwords quite often. every 3 months or so. And dont use the Administrator username, change that to something else which wont be in a dictionary and which is too long to brute force like your nick.

    Astalavista!
