You dont need to try them till you get to minimum because if its good you would see results in first week only
nice and helpful list of cpm network. I am using in my network Adsense, Edomz.com, Adbrite.com and Bidvertiser.com.
These networks works differently niche to niche some will work best and others can hurt you. Reading online reviews is a good option to start with correct one.
