Black box and white box testing orientation, and testing at different phases of software life cycle. Unit testing, Integration testing, functional testing, system testing, acceptance and regression testing knowledge. Skill Set: • Should have Sound Knowledge of Software Testing Lifecycle, Test case preparation, Test Case design techniques, Test case execution, Exposure / Expertise • Test Automation / Management Tools (Winrunner, Load runner, QTP, Test Director) • Should have excellent communication, Documentation and client facing skills • They must be good team players, preferably worked in a CMM Level 5 environment. Software Quality Assurance • Candidate should have Sound Knowledge of CMM, CMMI, ISO, Six Sigma and other models. • Candidates with prior CMM assessment experience will be preferred.
