I want to develop an application that allows an operator to contact a customer via their pc's by 'clicking a button'. The environment is vs .net 2003. Its has to be a web application. Being new to TAPI, I am in the dark. What hardware does the client need to have installed? Is a modem necessary on every client machine? When testing I can use an emulator, right? Suggestions on emulators? Developing the application: Are there any good samples on the net? I really would like to get my hands on an application which just allows me to dial a number and I'd like to hear a voice.. From there on I will find my way..
