   i've installed joomla on my local WAMP (Windows/Apache/MySql/Php) server! this WAMP server is for testing and learning purposes...
   
   now, how can i know if uploading is enabled? i tried uploading some templates but doesn't seem to work...

   Which uploading you are talking about? Do you mean to say the Template upload or file upload?
