I want to increase backlinks for my blog. My blog has 0 page rank. I am holding my blog for long time but I am not getting it on the track.

Getting quality links is the only way to improve your PageRank. Quality meaning links that carry weight. The more quality links you get the higher your PageRank will be. Apparently I can't link you an article but there are plenty of them out there. Just be careful because there are a lot of self-proclaimed "gurus" who have absolutely no idea what they are talking about.

Also, there is a great website that I like using that will both track your rankings and will keep track of your links. It also shows how much link juice each link has. Check out sheerseo.

One thing to keep in mind...not all links start with a large amount of "link juice". It takes time, to get quality links. Your content will determine how often your page is linked to. If you have good content, people are more likely to link to your content and that will generate quality links.

 

YES sometimes link building can be difficult by blog comenting due to the problem of NO FOLLOW tags.

 

And even its harder to get approved your comment if you have used keyword in the name field linking it with your url.

Better that if you will create fresh content articles related with your blog's post and submit on high PR websites.
