Is firewall necessary for our system , how to choose firewall for our systems?
yes of course you need firewall
Firewalls are frequently used to prevent unauthorized Internet users from accessing private networks connected to the Internet, especially intranets. All messages entering or leaving the intranet pass through the firewall, which examines each message and blocks those that do not meet the specified security criteria. So, you need to use firewall to your system.

Yes it is necessary , it block all unauthorized access to your pc also it blocks some non-trusted software to access your internet.
U need firewall anyway.
A firewall works as a shield between your PC and cyber space. When you are connected to the Internet, you are constantly sending and receiving information in small units called packets. Firewall filters these packets to see if they meet certain criteria set by a series of rules, and thereafter blocks or allows the data. This way, hackers cannot get inside and steal information such as bank account numbers and passwords from you. The firewall included in Windows XP, only monitor incoming traffic by default. But a good firewall will monitor traffic in both directions.
Yes firewall is necessary
A firewall is a network security system, either hardware- or software-based, that uses rules to control incoming and outgoing network traffic. A firewall acts as a barrier between a trusted network and and an untrusted network. So if you want to safe your website or application then you must use firewall network.
