I’m in the construction industry and have job sites over 3 cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, Bali and Sumatra where we rent construction related equipment from time to time. Since my company has done business with this same rental company, Axis Capital Group it looks like I’m just trying not to pay. So, we did not use this equipment nor sign for it. What do I do, is this illegal?

Considering your other posts, it appears to be high time that you hired yourself an attorney to properly advise you on this and other issues about how you operate your business.

What documentation do they have that you rented the equipment?

Re-study your contract. Maybe axis capital group should have been your choice.

You should try considering advice legally to avoid further problems.

Your question is a bit confusing, what was the problem again?
