recently my hotmail acound was used to send several fraudlulent emails and was subsequently suspended i called microsof but my password and security questions were changed and being unable to answer them microsoft told me they could not help me sence i could not prove that the acount was mine. i have this acount as my primary not only my xbox live acount but my bank my work well prety much everything i am in the process of contacting anyone of importance to change to my new email but microsoft wont change my xbox live to a new live acount and i just renewed my subscription so i need my acount back can anyone help me plz anything would be aprechiated
