this is actually a thesis... I'm not really that good in vb programming I' m actually a beginner. this is how i plan to do it. using a manual operation those who will make the schedules will plot these schedules in a grid. actually the subjects the professors load (handled subjects and time availability) will be declared or stored first in the system. then the plotting will start and the schedule will be sorted by the system.. i have a sample of the spread sheet its just a small part though.. if one of the elements in the column of a certain instructor is the same as another instructors element also with time, then that is a conflict. from there they will look for more appropriate time for the instructors. based from the availability of the instructor the subjects along with the student and time will be plotted.. sorry for my english... i need a good advice and help for this..
