Need a help on Replace script

Hi ,

Am new to C++, i just need a sample script for replaceing a string, that scripts accepts two arguments serach string(STR1) and Replace string(ST2)
then replace STR1 with STR2.

Can you post a sample? it will make it easier to understand your problem. Another Question, by script do you mean function? I can't recall hearing of any "c script".
