Doorway pages dont effect the toolbar PR. PR is only a factor of backlinks and nothing more. Doorway pages are not liked by google and if you use doorway pages there are high chances that you will not rank well in normal SERP's.
Because that can be used to cloak with lots of keywords without any content (Eventually not helping the google users as well as yours).

I saw a number of doorway generator products. Is there any of those that can avoid/prevent the SE penalization? It needs to be smart, to avoid obvious content duplication, provide readable content and be human-like...
If you have doorway pages then you should really consider on the page re-organization so that you can get away with them as SE may on penalization.
