Standard functions, it should also do.

-Users create, delete client / block (via the IP address)
-Top Buyer Show
-Registration closed for new visitors
-Home News Create
-New products will automatically show or the most popular
-E-mail send to all customers

And other stuff ...

A custom design would also be needed.
