How to Create Employee's Monthly Production Report in MS Access

    See I have in my DB 3 tables (log, staffdetails, and production)
    log contain, empid(Primaykey), login, logout, holidaylist fields)
    Staffdetails contains Staff name, empid(primaykey), userid(Primaykey), pass etc
    Production table conaing as you told.

    Once they login to db log table fields will update. Here I have created forms for staff details (For editing) and production.

    if they click production form, they will enter all the deatils. but here my doubt is perday may be they will enter 4 to 5 tasks and it will be come one production. I am not understanding the flow here.

    If they have not login means it read the log table (Holidaylist filed and if is matching with holdiay date then should take has holiday else next day it should give a pop message like yesterday you have not login, please update the form (reason they should give otherthan holiday).
