   I read in many forums that many C++ compilers do now work on Windows 7 and one of them is Visual Studio 6 and so I would like to know which all compilers work on Windows 7.

   I know that Visual Studio 2008 does work on Windows 7 and so it is expected that later version than 2008 will also work on Windows 7
