Hello I have an image with 300*300 pixels. I am getting this image from spectral camera. I want find CIELAB value (*L *a *b) from images. I want to map the image pixel in 400 to 700 nanometer/Wave length graph. Please suggest how to get RGB value from image and how put this on CIELAB equation. Or Suggest right way to achieve this thing. CIE L*a*b* (CIELAB) is the most complete color space specified by the International Commission on Illumination (Commission Internationale d'Eclairage, hence its CIE initialism).
