    Hi Members,

I am a computer web application developer with around 3years of IT experience.I took on programming because of sheer challenge this industry offered.Unfortunately i found out that i was not able to balance my work life and personal life once i started working on this field.Like i almost always had to work overtime when in office and even in weekend.I started doubting myself and my abilities,so i took a break for 1year to prepare for further studies.I have realized that life is not only about coding. So i am planning to pursue masters in software engineering or masters in information systems so that i dont have to write codes again. So that i can move on to more management side of things. However,i still doubting weather i should really do this after having work for more than 3years in pure programming. Please let me know your views.

    Thanks,
    S.
