Ye GoDaddy is the best hosting service and domain service, but I usually buy my domaisn from 1And1 because they are cheaper and good. I own 1domain :)

I would suggest go through the below points before buying the hosting service -

    1. Study the market
    2. Go through what type of support they provider
    3. Prepare cost review
    4. Check the support quality they provide
    5. Make sure the hardware on which your service is going to host is better
    6. Check the security setup on the server.

Once you will satisfy with all these then sign-up for the hosting service.
