    Hello all,

I am new here as a member of this forum, but I have come across the answers to a few programming questions that I have had, so I thought I would run something past you for your feedback.

I recently started creating a website to host programming contests on a regular basis, and was hoping some of you may give me any feedback as to whether you have ever participated in anything like that in the past, and if so what did you like and/or dislike about your experience.

I already have internal and external funding available to pay prizes to the winners of these competitions, but am not quite sure what is reasonable. I do plan on having new contests starting almost every day, and plan for most of them to be open for about one week. I plan for all of them to be relatively small efforts . If you can take a look at where I am going so far with the site and also provide feedback on that end I would also appreciate that as well.

    The site is: www.CodeCompetition.com

By the way, I am also looking for people to write Programming Tutorials for the site, and am willing to pay for them as well. If you are interested in writing for the site please email me at admin at codecompetition dot com. Please include the programming languages you are proficient enough to write tutorials for, and what you would expect pay wise in US dollars.

    Thanks,
    Shane
