Hi Can anybody please let me know how do post a artcile which has some .gif images. Actually, when i try to insert a imgae while submiting, it prompts me for URL.s, where he image is stored. I have the image in my desktop. I am jst confused how to do it. many Thanks in advance for the help Mridula
Thanks for the reply and Sorry to bother you again. Where can I upload them and then to mention as URL there. thanks Mridula
Its fine and In the New Article Page there would be a button called Manage Attachment. Clicking on it would open a popup to upload image. After the image is uploaded it would show as a link the page from where the popup is lauched and you can copy the link from there.
Many Thanks Shabbir. I could upload the image in my new article. There was little problem while uploading the image, like initially, I updaloed the .gif format of it and it was looking little dull and so removed the attachment and then uploaded the .JPEG format of it. And this one was good. But you know, the first still seems to be shown as part of the artcile at the end as some tumbnails attachment ... I could remove this one. If you can please remove that last dull attachment in my new artcile, that would be great help. many thanks inadvance regards Mridula

Hi Shabbir, I have posted a new artcile just now on vtable and _vptr in Multiple Inheritance. But there are some extra space and that dull image (what I was facing last time) are there. I tried to format it properly. But could not do it. Please please, remove that extra image and remove the extra spaces and then post it. Just preview the artcile before posting and please format it if needed and then post it. Hope you do it. Many many many thanks in advance Mridula.
Just wondering, whenever I post an artcile on saturday, I don't see it soon. Guess it takes hrs. Why is that? Is it becaz of weekend and so moderators are not avaible always and so it takes time!! Hope artciles are never lost !! Many thanks Mridula.
Articles will never be lost and the moment someone sees it Approves it after the modifications needed (if any).
