 245$!! To Keep IE Alive??!! Lolzz I wouldn't even do that to get money (if it was real i.e.)
I don't want IE to be alive! And moreover if they pay some 5k to every one person, how much money they'll spend on it? Lolzz Why and who starts all this crap?? What do they get out of it??

Don't be silly, of course it's not real. Chain letters usually aren't, no matter how much they insist they are.

No they cannot be. Even if they show screenshot of cheque from MS it must be for the Publisher center from MS

None of such chain mails are real.

Whenever I receive any such mail, I google it, find out the truth, and then reply back all to stop this.

I also got this letter back in the day and also was skeptical, but one thing I did not get: what does forwarding an email has anything to do with keeping MS Explorer alive?

My theory is that Microsoft itself made this letter, spread it just for the effect and was sure that people will not believe it and the ones that WILL believe will forward it to everyone and feel stupid later for being such fools. Microsoft (in my theory) wasn't gonna pay nothing to no one and will deny having anything to do with this BS. And the effect is complete...

    ;)

My friend forwarded this email to me, but disregard it immediately. I already graduated with this kind of money earning strategy, stupid email. Does anyone here can prove that they are actually paying people?
