Am I allowed to request any kind of programing-related materials?

    Hi,

    I don't to bread any rule and I couldn't find anything about requesting rules, so here I'm asking:
    Am I allowed to request any kind of programing-related materials, such ebooks and other stuff?

    I mean, sometime it's hard to get a book or buy it, so is it OK to put a request here if anyone has that book and if he willing to share it with us?

    If it is legal it is allowed but any books which are not free you cannot ask them here.
