How are your transactions to your clients being done? 6. What are the data required to complete these processes or transactions? How frequent are these data gathered, stored and updated? 7. Does the company use computer-related information system? 8. Does each department have an information system to perform their tasks effectively? Give a short description of the IS used in each department. 9. Are these information systems interrelated? How do they interact with each other? 10. Does it meat your company’s information needs? 11.
