desperately need help

please help in "writing a program that maintains a top twenty list of hit songs much like on a radio charts program. the program should ask the user to enter the name of each artist as well as the name of their song in order of position on the chart.

the user should then be allowed to change an artist position by entering the name of the song as well as the new position on the chart. the program will then move every other song one position up or down depending on the movement of that particular song. the program should also allow the user top request for all the songs to be displayed in the order.

the report should consists the flow chart, pseudocode and actuall C++ code.. "
