·[FONT=&quot]The BI Manager position plays a key role in driving strategy and execution around developing reports, dashboards, queries, and analysis to drive data-driven decisions throughout the company.[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]The ideal candidate has exceptionally strong problem solving skills and the ability to understand and drive hyper growth of business objectives.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]RESPONSIBILITIES[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Lead a team of internal consultants to develop reports, analyses, and algorithms that grow and innovate the business.[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Serve as the technical lead for BI and Analytics initiatives.[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Work closely with all functions of the organization to develop solutions to address business needs[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Lead the development and expansion of our analytics platform[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Develop reports and documentation for ongoing reporting needs by department[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Develop web based internal dashboards[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Conduct Ad Hoc Analysis [/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Gather data from multiple sources to create integrated reports to drive decision making.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]DESIRED BACKGROUND[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]2-5 Years development experience[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Experience with SQL and web development[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Experience developing ETL processes and DBA experience[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Advanced Excel Experience (Pivots, Macros, VBA, ODBC, OLAP)[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Experience working with third party APIs (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Analytical and creative problem solver[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Experience in data mining and statistical modeling techniques[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field[/FONT]
