only 6 hours.......
i sleep 6 hours. i think people need to make it 8 hours for better life!
i sleep 7 to 8 hours daily.
mostly 6-8 hrs are enough but sleeping is my hobby and i can sleep more than 10 hr in a day...

It's funny because I always though the optimum sleep was like 8 hours, but I get around 8-9 each day (early bird). Then I read some study that the best sleep length is actually 6 hours.. confusing so although I don't know what's best I'm probably sleeping too long

well it also depends on the person;
I for example can sleep for 6 hours and feel very rested but i have some friends that sleep even 10 hours and they are still tired...
as much as i can. But in general i sleep around 7-8 hours a night
