It includes a variety of services offered to a customer to help them with their questions, queries, problems etc. For example iKode Customer Support Software service includes services like planning; installing the product, trouble shooting, providing maintenance, giving upgradation when demanded by the customer etc. there are many types of customer support.Any ideas? Welcome!

Yes customer service is meant to trouble shoot the problems of the customer. It is meant to provide maximum assistance to customer as they are the king after all.
