Its been long time we have done user cleanup and so its high time we get that done. Any email bounce will move users to Email Awaiting Confirmation and you will need to edit your email and re-confirm to get access to the forum. Apart from that any email domain that has too many users would be banned lists of emails as well and users will be pruned.
