I need some advice... My son just had his xbox live account hacked. The guy said he brought his gamer tag and info on Ebay for $10. He signed in and statrted playing as him with his friends. His friends called the guy out and he gave them a phone number to call him. Now i have contacted microsoft and they have frozen the account and are investigating. Am i right in thinking that this guy has my email info? is this a form of identaty theft? How can my son get his profile back? and is it now compromised?
If anyone can give me advice or help that would be great... |

Yes his account is compromised but the amount of details hacker has is not sure but expected he has lot of them.
