I just check my site PR on many sites and I dont see any consistency and so would like to ask which site you prefer apart from Google toolbar for checking the PR.

Google PR updates every three months.. Before that time comes, participate in building links in order to get tons of quality back links..

Most of the online tools use different techniques and data collected from various sources, to show PR. So, there may be vary result. I use webcofs.com and seo quake to check my PR. Thanks Franky

google updates the page rank once in 3 months soin the mean time you can build links do forum postings,social book marking,blogs,press releases to get good page rank for your website.

If you wants to know PageRank of your website or any particular web page than why don't you go for Google tool escape that other tools for PR check. You should go for Google because PR is calculating by Google algorithm so Google tool is best as per my opinion.

Go for google toolbar that would be the best option to check PR for your website i dont think there you will find any problems it will show you actual results

i prefer SEO Quake to check PR of any site..it is fast as compare to Google toolbar and more accurate
