I want to make a (visual?) C++ or Java application that can interact with web browsers to do the things I want to do in the attached picture. To tell the truth, I have no idea where to start, and I am sure I am lacking in many areas needed to make this application. The basic idea is very similiar to the dummy programs for online RPG where the dummy program fights for you except that this case its's much simpler. IS there any place where I can find a sample program similar to what I want to do or maybe a tutorial site? what kind of skills do I need to make this application? I would recommend using Python and Beautiful Soup. Scrape what you want, generate your own request in response.
