well the one thing that i hate is that they are trying to make a computer a mobile device. i mean after seeing some video of it i don't want to have all those nasty big buttons on the screen for specific folders with photos and movies ....

its easy to manage desktop icon. I guess we can decrease the size and customise the icons. Even we can change the icons for each and every program.
