    Hello dear
Short for Cascading Style Sheets, a new feature being added to HTML that gives both Web site developers and users more control over how pages are displayed. With CSS, designers and users can create style sheets that define how different elements, such as headers and links, appear. These style sheets can then be applied to any Web page.

CSS world is short form of Cascading Style Sheets. It’s a simple device for adding style (e.g., fonts, colors, spacing) to Web documents. Basically CSS used to with HTML and DHTML to create webpage, which is very important object for developers and web designers.

simply saying CSS is the tihng that makes your life easier by preventing you coding the same & same properties of your site over and over again
ex: you need all the paragraphs of your site to have the first letter bold
you obvously cannot put the code for it over and over again
but you can just make a single CSS, put al other tihngs you need with it
then attach it to everysingle page
so just in case you decide that you dont need the first letter bold, you simply need to edit one single thing :D

Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a style sheet language used to describe the presentation semantics (that is, the look and formatting) of a document written in a markup language.
