Hi guys,

I've decided to use a service which would enable me to place feedback button on the site and get feedbacks. I think this can help me to understand my customers better. Is anybody using a service like this? Would appreciate your advice

I prefer to use Email for Feedback rather than Facebook.

Feedback is very important thing for websites and for other business.How much have you satisfied your customer and what are the new things to be included in your websites.You must welcome their suggestions.You can make a particular area for feedback or you can refer to your id as shabbir said.

Thanks for your replies. I totally agree. How about web services like UserVoice, BetaEasy, Get Satisfaction, etc? Anybody uses one of those?

Well nobody answered ot me so I shosen BetaEasy. This service is an uservoice alternative. But it allows to integrate feedback button into desktop software application. And this feature is needed one.
