I am an elementry web page designer and want to start designing web page. would anyone help me that which software I should use? By that I mean which software is the best for designing web pages.

Designing web is a good work .
It shows your creativeness and exquisite talent or simplely, it's only hoppy.
It's interesting contemplating oneself's achievement.
if success you feel happy, if fall then not to matter, it's experiment.
But it's very difficult designing database.
