I am a newbie so ignore the simple question. I have a form with 10 questions. Each question requires a yes or no response by clicking on the radio buttons. Ex:
    Question 1 has radiobutton1 and radiobutton2 1=no 2=yes
    Question 2 has radiobutton3 and radiobutton4 3=no 4=yes
At the end of there responses i want to count the number of yes responses and then display an answer based on the number of yes responses.

Can anyone guide me. I know how to code the form, but after that am unsure of what i need to do.

    Thank you in advance
