My TIBIA account got hacked.. somone please help!!

    I play a Online role playing game called tibia. and i just logged on to have my password being denied. can someone please help me get my password back.

    i have been playing for 13 months on this character lots of hard work and alot of fun and now its gone. someone please help me get it back.
